Life can feel heavy sometimes—whether you’re navigating anxiety or depression, facing a major life transition, grieving a loss, or just trying to make sense of the state of the world. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of your next steps, therapy can be a place to pause, breathe, and figure things out with support.

I work with older teens and adults who are carrying a lot, often quietly. You might be someone who’s used to keeping it together for everyone else, but inside you're exhausted. Or maybe the ground has shifted beneath you—through loss, change, or uncertainty—and you're trying to find solid footing again.

In our work together, we’ll create a space that feels safe, grounded, and real. I bring a laid-back, relational approach to therapy, incorporating evidence-based practices like EMDR and CBT, along with humor, curiosity, and the occasional pop culture reference. You don’t have to show up perfectly—you just have to show up. We’ll move at your pace and work together toward the kind of relief, clarity, and connection you’re hoping for.
